Solyanka Club.  Address: Solyanka st. 11 (metro Kitai Gorod or Taganskaya).  Quality music, beautiful 70s flavored interior, interesting mixed crowds.

Propaganda Cafe.  B. Zlatoustinskiy pereulok 7, metro Kitay-gorod. Tel. 624-5732, 924-5732. One of the first and better clubs in Moscow.

Gaudi Arena.  Skladochnaya Ulitsa 1, bldg. 19, metro Savelovskaya (North Moscow). Tel: (495) 508-8060. Great dance music.

B2.  Bolshaya Sadovaya 8, metro Mayakovsaya.  Tel. (495) 209-9909. A huge dance club with four floors, several dance floors, chill-out room, restaurant. 

Krysha Club.  Naberezhnaya Tarasa Shevchenko (just behind Ukraina hotel on the embankment) (metro Kievskaya or Barrikadnaya). Bohemian crowd, very good tech house music mixed with techno, There's a strict face control, so unless you are wearing some designer stuff, you may have a hard time at the entrance.

Karma Bar.  Pushechnaya ulitsa #3, (metro: Kuznetski Most, Teatralnaya). Tel. (495) 924-5633, 789-6901. A popular dance club for younger people with oriental flavor.

Denis Simachev Bar. Stoleshnikov per. 12 (metro Okhotny Ryad or Tverskaya). Favorite among Moscow's creative crowd as well as upper class fashion freaks.

Hard Rock Cafe.  44, bld. 1, Stary Arbat, metro Smolenskaya.  Tel. 244-8973/8970, 241-9853, 205-8326.

Gizn Zamechatelnyh Ludey.  8, bld. 1, Sadovaya-Chernogryazskaya, metro Krasnye Vorota. Tel. 208-2943.
